Triage keeps every reading it has ever taken here. That turns a percentage into a date. Not "the disk is at 5%" but "you have about ten days". Nothing else has been running on your machine for months, so nothing else can tell you that.
It will not guess
If the numbers do not line up cleanly, it says nothing at all. A wrong date is worse than no date. It teaches you to ignore the next one, and the next one might be your drive.
It shows its work
Every answer lists the exact readings it came from. These are written rules, not a guess, so if it tells you to replace a drive you can trace that back to the numbers that said so. You can argue with it.
The AI does not decide anything
This is the part worth being clear about. The engine reaches the answer before any AI is loaded. The AI is handed that answer and asked to put it in a sentence, and it is not allowed to add a problem the rules did not find. Run Triage with no AI at all and you get the same answer. You just read it yourself.
